Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and offering financial solutions
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Balance daily transactions and prepare reports for branch management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
