Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting relationships through personalized customer service and financial guidance
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with branch managers to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Support branch operations through cash replenishment and ATM maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in banking or retail
- Proven ability to maintain 100% cash accuracy in high-volume settings
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML)
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
