- Process high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver personalized financial consultations to diverse clientele
- Resolve complex account inquiries and service escalations
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and cross-sell products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch managers to optimize customer experience
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of banking or cash-handling experience
- Proficient in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 license preferred (training provided)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Valid California driver's license (required for branch errands)
