Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Support branch operations through general administrative tasks
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (training provided)
