Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions according to established procedures
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Proven ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient in using banking software and digital platforms
