Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Actively cross-sell bank products while maintaining compliance standards
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions following strict protocols
- Operate teller systems and digital banking platforms efficiently
- Uphold security procedures to protect customer assets and data
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
