Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Exceed sales targets by cross-promoting bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining service excellence standards
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols for AML and KYC regulations
- Train on advanced systems including core banking platforms and digital tools
- Participate in branch initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to maintain 100% cash balancing accuracy
- Strong sales aptitude with track record of meeting targets
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
