Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and promoting banking solutions
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and perform daily balancing procedures
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products to enhance customer relationships
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Utilize core banking systems to document all transactions efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
