Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking solutions
- Contribute to branch goals by meeting sales targets and service standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
