Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build trust by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve account inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently using banking systems
- Support branch operations through cross-training in teller services and customer service functions
- Contribute to branch sales goals by actively promoting digital banking solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse client populations
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Fraud prevention and compliance certification a plus
