Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve member inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance protocols and security procedures
- Balance cash drawers and transaction records daily with zero discrepancies
- Contribute to branch goals through exceptional service and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 exam (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
