Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and payment issues
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and lobby assistance
- Collaborate with commercial and retail banking teams to support holistic customer needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in finance preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean background check
