Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and proactive problem-solving
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to maintain financial integrity
- Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Adhere to all bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
