Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and promoting banking products
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions according to bank security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking tools and services
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and anti-fraud procedures
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail with transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Proficiency in banking software and digital platforms (e.g., CRM systems)
