- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and educating customers on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services

- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve team sales targets
- Support branch operations through general administrative duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
