Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional front-line customer service.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation in compliance with bank security policies.
- Assist in opening new accounts and assisting customers with account inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous banking or cash-handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and POS terminals.
