- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Verify cash and check balances to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and banking services
- Cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Maintain organized records of daily transactions and customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
