Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and financial needs
- Cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer relationships
- Maintain accurate transaction records and adhere to regulatory compliance standards
- Operate teller terminals and ATMs efficiently while balancing cash drawers
- Assist with branch operations support including new account openings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and digital banking platforms
