Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and speed, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting relationships by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Assist with new account openings and cross-sell bank services effectively
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Participate in branch operations and support team initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
