- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Present complex financial findings to credit committee stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency with credit underwriting software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Fiserv)
- Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills (Excel advanced functions)
- Industry certification (CRCM, CMB, or CFA) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of Indiana lending regulations
