Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Verify account details, balances, and transaction accuracy
- Provide personalized financial product recommendations
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations through teamwork and collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic math and computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
