Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized customer service and resolve inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Actively cross-sell bank products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and savings solutions
- Uphold security protocols and identify potential fraud or suspicious activity
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
