Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Analyze financial data and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Cost Analysis: Monitor spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.
- Variance Analysis: Investigate variances between actual results and budgets, providing explanations and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), SQL, or financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and corporate finance principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
