Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and addressing financial needs
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer profiles
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Assist with branch operations including safe deposit services and new account openings
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial regulations
- Proficient with digital banking platforms and transaction software
- Valid New York State driver's license required
