Responsibilities:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries, product information, and problem resolution.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and daily balancing of the teller line.
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards and bank security protocols.
- Assist in branch operations during peak hours and special events.
