Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance to members regarding accounts, services, and digital tools
- Resolve account inquiries and disputes efficiently while maintaining compliance protocols
- Actively promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict audit requirements
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive financial information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Fraud awareness and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
