Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve complex client inquiries regarding accounts, loans, and services
- Drive digital adoption by educating customers on mobile banking solutions
- Meet monthly cross-sell targets for premium banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations
- Collaborate with wealth management team for high-net-worth referrals
- Lead branch cash management procedures including vault balancing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of banking experience with proven sales track record
- FINRA Series 6/63 or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Advanced proficiency in Fiserv core banking systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for high-stakes scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual certification required
- Notable experience in commercial cash handling
