Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build trust by educating customers on digital banking solutions and financial products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records with zero discrepancies
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through personalized service
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve monthly sales targets for new accounts
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations through end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cash handling experience or customer service role
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in transaction processing
