Responsibilities
- Execute complex financial transactions with precision while maintaining $100k+ cash drawer accountability
- Build deep client relationships through personalized financial guidance and cross-selling services
- Lead branch operations during peak hours and mentor junior tellers
- Resolve escalated customer issues using advanced problem-solving techniques
- Process commercial transactions and wire transfers with regulatory compliance
- Utilize advanced banking software for account management and fraud detection

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume banking experience with cash handling expertise
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations (Regulation CC, EFTA, BSA)
- Exceptional mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued
