Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the teller window.
- Process daily transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Manage the cash drawer, ensuring daily balancing and audit compliance.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products (accounts, loans, cards) to meet branch sales goals.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance transfers, and form processing.
- Uphold strict security and compliance standards during all transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bank software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
