Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with CA labor laws, EDD regulations, and IRS requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through meticulous record reconciliation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for executive review and audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of CA payroll tax regulations (CA-DE 7, CA-SDI)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven problem-solving with 100% audit accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
