Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with clients by addressing their financial needs and providing knowledgeable assistance.
- Product Promotion: Educate customers on our products and services, including debit cards, savings accounts, and credit lines.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all bank security policies and procedures to protect customer assets and bank information.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance daily transactions at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Integrity: High level of ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technology: Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
