Responsibilities

  • Cash Management: Accurately process cash and check transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring all balances reconcile to the penny.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and services, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
