- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build lasting relationships by identifying financial needs and cross-selling bank products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records while adhering to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Support branch operations through lobby management and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with wealth management and mortgage teams to serve complex client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
