Responsibilities
- Cash checks, process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile general ledgers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Operate teller terminals and automated banking machines (ABMs) to assist customers with transactions.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
