Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries and service requests.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring all daily settlements are accurate.
- Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities to our relationship managers.
- Operate bank equipment, such as ATMs and cash recyclers, with precision.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance regulations regarding Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash and complex calculations rapidly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check as required by banking regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking software.
