Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals, with 100% accuracy.
- Manage the cash drawer, ensuring all balances are reconciled at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and routine banking services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience in the banking or retail sector is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific software.
