Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and account issues
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict financial controls
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Assist with ATM operations and night drop services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and banking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and credit check
