Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service to build lasting relationships
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions while maintaining strict security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
- Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Strong basic math and cash handling skills
