Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust and rapport with clients while identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently using problem-solving techniques
- Assist with new account openings and service existing accounts with precision
- Uphold bank security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
