Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and recommending appropriate financial products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Actively promote bank services including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Assist with ATM operations and night drop procedures
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve team sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
