Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive interactions
- Assist with new account openings and cross-sell bank services
- Participate in branch operations and support team goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
