Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build rapport and identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions with 100% accuracy
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve issues, and educate on digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
- Uphold highest standards of confidentiality and customer privacy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit check
