Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards, investment options)
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and perform audit-ready recordkeeping
- Support branch operations through safe deposit services and check processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years cash handling experience in retail, hospitality, or banking
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish highly valued
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
