Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash exchanges with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service to meet their diverse banking needs.
- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities for bank products such as savings accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), and credit cards.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and internal audit standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management effectively and professionally.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred, though comprehensive training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong mathematical skills with the proven ability to count cash quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong sense of integrity.
