Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Cross-sell financial products such as CDs, savings accounts, and credit cards.
- Operate vaults, ATMs, and cash-handling equipment securely and efficiently.
- Assist in opening new accounts and completing Know Your Customer (KYC) paperwork.
- Maintain accurate daily cash drawers and balance the teller line.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous banking experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash and perform basic math with 100% accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software (preferred).
