Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance the banking experience.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to recommend financial products that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers daily.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized teller line area.
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment is preferred.
- Strong math skills and a high level of accuracy with financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
