Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with high accuracy.
- Cash checks and assist customers with account inquiries and balance inquiries.
- Accurately balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet sales goals.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all customers.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and compliance regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong math skills and the ability to count money accurately under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and banking software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
