- Perform monthly account reconciliations for banking and credit card accounts
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and month-end closing processes
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects and audits
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
