Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to meet and exceed expectations.
- Sell bank products and services, such as CDs, loans, and savings accounts, to promote financial wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily balances.
- Identify and cross-sell financial products to existing and new clients.
- Adhere to all bank security policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or related field preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank software systems.
